Learn to Crochet - Session 1

How to Crochet / Friendship Bracelets and Crocheted Coasters

From 45 US dollars
Small Space Art Collective

Service Description

Learn the fundamentals of crochet in this engaging class! You'll master the slip knot, chain stitch, and single crochet, setting the foundation for endless creative projects. By the end of the session, you'll leave with a handmade coaster—and possibly even a finished piece—crafted with your new skills! This class is part of a 4-week series. Each class is booked individually. The classes build on the skills learned in the previous week, but you can also jump in at any time and the instructor will adapt your lesson to your level. We recommend booking all four sessions for the most comprehensive course! Students can choose to book the class with a starter kit or bring their own supplies. The starter kit includes a crochet hook and a ball of yarn. The class cost is $55 with the kit or $45 without. If you’ve already purchased the kit in a previous session, there’s no need to buy it again! If you’re bringing your own supplies, please bring any size 4 yarn (we recommend cotton) and a size H or I crochet hook. Click Book Now to register for this class! When she isn’t teaching knitting or crocheting she likes to come up with patterns to make later. Sometimes those patterns end up being fiber art. As a native of Southern California, she enjoys the creative and relaxed atmosphere of where she grew up and remembers not to take life too seriously.
