About the event
The New Year is the most common time for Goal Setting. And yet, by mid January, how many times have we completely forgotten our New Years Resolutions?!?
Creating a Vision Board is a fun, easy way to help us not only remember our goals, but to actually achieve them. A Vision board is a collection of images that represent a goal, a desired feeling, or anything that we wish to see manifested in our lives. It’s a playful, creative way to help us focus and stay motivated towards achieving our goals.
Combining Reiki meditation with this process helps us find clarity and focus while letting go of our self doubt.
In this class, you will experience a relaxing and clarifying guided meditation, learn and explore the craft of collage, and go home with your own “Reiki Infused” Vision Board.
This workshop is suitable for adults and mature teens.
